Ethics Requirements for Minnesota PEs

All Professional Engineers (PEs) licensed in Minnesota are required to have two hours of professional ethics education with each PE license renewal (June 30 of every even numbered year). This ethics requirement and PE licensure is overseen by the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying,Landscape Architecture, Geoscience and Interior Design (MN Licensing Board).
